Feng shui is most immediately felt in the home — the place where we spend the most time, and from which we go out to meet the world. The conditions operating in a residence directly influence the health, relationships, sleep, and long-term prospects of its occupants, whether those occupants are aware of them or not.

A residential consultation is a full site-specific analysis of an existing home. MK examines the landform and surrounding environment, establishes the natal chart of the structure using the Luo Pan compass, maps the Flying Stars active in each sector, and cross-references all of this against the astrology of the occupants.

The result is a written report with clear recommendations — presented and discussed in a live consultation, in person or virtually. Recommendations address the exterior environment, internal layout, colour and material choices by sector, and water placement. They draw on what is already present on the site wherever possible. No specialist objects are required. No particular belief is assumed.

A property purchase is one of the most significant decisions most people make. Feng shui analysis conducted before offer or closing can reveal environmental conditions that no building inspection will surface — and identify whether a property is fundamentally suited to its prospective occupants.

Not all properties are equal in this regard. Some sites carry structural energetic flaws — poor orientation, obstructed landform, unfavourable sector conditions — that are difficult or impossible to correct after purchase. Identifying these before commitment protects both capital and quality of life.

The audit examines the property's natal chart, landform, orientation, and the active Flying Stars conditions in relation to the specific occupants intending to live there. It produces a clear assessment: what the property supports, what it challenges, and what — if anything — can be addressed through remediation.

A pre-sale audit serves a different but equally practical purpose. A property carrying strong yang energy — activated through correct placement of light, movement, and water — attracts interest more readily. MK can assess what is already working in a property's favour and recommend precise, low-cost adjustments that improve its energetic presentation to prospective buyers.
