The Feng Shui Practice is building its case study portfolio. Twelve clients will receive the complete residential consultation — compass reading, natal chart of the structure, landform analysis, internal layout review, water placement, and written recommendations — at the charter rate of $650 CAD. The full rate for this engagement is $1,200 CAD.
This is not a shortened service. The analysis is the same. The rate reflects the early stage of the practice's public portfolio, not the depth of the work.
Applications are reviewed personally. The twelve charter clients will be selected based on the property's suitability as a case study — not the order in which applications arrive.
The practice is particularly interested in heritage properties, properties with complex build histories, rural sites with significant landform, and urban or suburban homes where orientation and water placement present clear analytical interest. Large properties are welcome.
You do not need prior knowledge of feng shui. You do need to be ready to act on the recommendations within a reasonable timeframe.
